(250g beef & 250g pork)
1 onion diced
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Black pepper
1tsp dried parsley
1egg
1/4 cup milk
1tbsp sesame oil
1tsp salt
Rolls
12 pieces cabbage leaves
Sauce
1cup tomato sauce
1/3 cup cabbage water +1tsp paprika powder
2tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1tsp corn starch
Other
1liter boiling water
1liter cold water
