Prawn Omelet Recipe
Ingredients:
200g banana prawns
4 eggs
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tbsp salt
1/4 tbsp chicken stock powder
Cooking oil
Spring onion (chopped)
Paprika (optional)
Fresh chilli (optional)

How to Make:
1. Prepare the prawns
Peel and clean the prawns using topical starch, then rinse well.
2. Prepare the egg mixture
In a bowl, crack 4 eggs and mix with sugar, salt, and chicken stock powder. Set aside.
3. Cook the prawns
Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the prawns, season lightly with paprika and a little salt.
Stir-fry until just cooked, then remove and set aside.
4. Make the omelet
In the same pan, pour in the egg mixture.
Add the cooked prawns back into the pan.
Gently stir and fold until the eggs are cooked to your preferred texture.
5. Serve
Place the prawn omelet on top of cooked rice.
Sprinkle chopped spring onion and chilli on top.
