RECIPE
Cinnamon-Spiced Blackberry Syrup
8-oz (0.5-lbs; 227 g) blackberries
1-cup (8-oz; 240 mL) sugar
1-cup (8-oz; 240 mL) water
0.25-tsp (1.25 mL) ground cinnamon
Instructions: Bring ingredients to a simmer over medium heat. Mush blackberries. Simmer until blackberries have disintegrated (6-8 minutes). Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Strain, bottle, label, & refrigerate.
