Easy Winter Landscape Painting - Real Time Painting Video - Wood Slice Painting Idea

Here is an easy winter landscape painting idea for beginners. Filmed in real time to easily follow along. Paint colours and other supplies are listed at the start of the video.
The retarder is optional (I recommend using it for wood slice paintings as the paint dries faster! - I didn't use it, and should have lol). Gold paint is also optional but I love the effect it has.

About me and my channel: Hello friends! I'm Alannis- I'm a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer full-time, but love to paint in my free time. I began to enjoy painting when I was about 16 years old, which is when my passion switched from pencil drawing to working with paint mediums. I mostly work with acrylic and enjoy working on different surfaces such as canvas and wood. My subject matter mostly focuses on wildlife and landscapes, but recently I've been trying to push myself to do more portrait art.
The subject matter of my work is heavily influenced by my love of nature, as well as my personal experiences with mental health. I find painting to be very therapeutic, and it is my greatest passion. I'm working to push myself to not only paint more, but to create more video content, outlining my painting process.
