The Shawnee 50 Miler & 50K is set to take place this weekend in the Shawnee State Forest. These two races will soon be known as the hardest races in the entire region. The 50-mile course features almost 12,000 feet of elevation gain and the 50k features ~6,500 feet of gain. Between the challenging climbs, the epic views, the incredible support from all volunteers... this event will always be a special one!
