Over the past two months, dozens of powerful men have been accused of sexual harassment but there is still some confusion about when a line has been crossed. Allison West, an employment attorney and human resources specialist, joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss the different types of harassment in the workplace, when the behavior rises to a legal issue and the limits of appropriate consensual relationships among employees.
