Title
Quantum groupoids from quantum group dynamics and Tannaka–Krein duality
Abstract
This talk explores how certain quantum groupoids naturally emerge from the dynamics of quantum groups, particularly within the framework of operator algebras. We investigate how quantum symmetries give rise to groupoid-type structures, especially in noncommutative contexts where classical symmetry notions require substantial generalization. Special attention is given to the role of quantum group actions in revealing internal structures and dualities, offering insight into the deep interplay between symmetry and noncommutativity. If time permits, the talk concludes with a discussion of categorical reconstruction techniques that extend Tannaka–Krein duality to the setting of quantum groupoids, highlighting their significance in noncommutative geometry.
