📊 Heavy resistance is more specific to increasing tendon stiffness
This helps you transmit force into the ground.
🏋🏽♂️ Tendons need to be able to reform when stretched as well as remain stiff and transmit force into the ground.
Therefore it’s important to train a combination of BOTH plyometrics and heavy resistance exercise.
