Bakery Style Tea Cakes | Tea Time Cake | Old Fashioned Tea Cakes | Yummy gourmet bites

Today I am uploading a bakery style tea cake recipe for making old fashioned tea cakes. This tea cake recipe is similar to what you have tried before but with an added twist because I wanted to add some fruits in this recipe and I really liked the idea of having chunks of fresh pineapple in every bite of this cake. While I was doing that, I thought why not add some fresh apple chunks and strawberries as well. This was a really nice combination and I also added some honey instead of sugar and butter instead of oil and I think this made the cakes healthier and tastier.
One thing I should let you know is that I put less baking powder than I should have which made the cake not so soft but for future, I recommend trying adding one teaspoon for each cup of flour and that should produce a delicious result.
