They’re soft, aromatic, filled with nuts, cinnamon, and jam, and finished with chocolate.
A simple homemade cookie recipe that’s perfect for tea, coffee, or sharing with loved ones.

🧾 Ingredients
Powdered sugar — 70 g (about 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp)
Butter, softened — 100 g (about 1/2 cup)
Egg — 1
Vanilla sugar — 1 tbsp
Salt — a pinch
All-purpose flour — 260 g (about 2 cups)
Nuts (any kind, chopped) — 120 g
Cinnamon — 2 tsp
Jam — 3 tbsp (I used apricot jam)
Melted chocolate — for topping
👩🍳 Instructions
In a bowl, combine powdered sugar and softened butter until smooth and creamy.
Add the egg, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Gradually add the flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
Shape the cookies .
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
Let the cookies cool slightly, then drizzle with melted chocolate.
