🧾 Ingredients (Full Recipe)
Powdered sugar — 50 g
Unsalted butter, softened — 125 g
Egg — 1
Salt — a pinch
All-purpose flour — 180 g
Baking powder — 1 teaspoon
Cornstarch — 20 g
Jam (thick, any flavor) — about 160 g
(I used blackcurrant jam)
👩🍳 Instructions
In a bowl, combine powdered sugar and softened butter until smooth.
Add the egg and a pinch of salt, mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, and cornstarch. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Wrap the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough to about 3 mm thickness.
Shape the cookies and add jam.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes.
Let cool slightly — the cookies will be very delicate and tender.
