Ingredients required for Beef Samosas
: 500 grams Beef mince or any mince of ur choice
: samosa sheets
: oil to cook
For masala
: Hand full of coriander
: 6-8 garlic cloves
:1inch ginger
:1inch cinemon stick
:6-8 cloves
:1/2 tsp Black peppercorns
:2-3 Green chillies
: 2tbsp vinegar
:1/2 tsp Cummin seeds
Grind this all to fine paste without adding water
For the mince add salt ,
1/2 fresh lime juice, and add the grounded masala and mix well all together
In a pan add oil add the mince cook it till the water is disolved then add another 2 Tbs of oil ,chopped onion and allow it to cook, make sure the onions are only half cooked .
