Cocteau Twins - Those Eyes, That Mouth - 1986 - ( Remastered - 4AD)

From what I've gathered, it seems like a sister song to Cherry-coloured funk in the way Liz wonders if she should tell the truth to others about her relationship or just tell bold lies and keep it to herself. A song about a relationship in need of better communication. Where the couple both need to let bad feelings drop and let positive feelings rise. Toxic words can have a damaging impact in a relationship and sometimes it's better to shoo off those toxic words and just feel the angelic love until that inevitably falls away again and real life issues arise.
This was a video that was in the works on and off for two years. I really had to listen because Elizabeth sings in a very operatic, stately way which is very different for her but so very awesome. This was the longest I ever worked on a video, as I was always leaving and going back to it and gaining progress on it bit by bit. It is one of my favorite CT songs. It just soars in it's own absolute perfection. Enjoy!
