Need a holiday workout you can do anywhere? This 25-minute bodyweight ladder challenge is perfect for travel, busy schedules, and staying consistent during the Christmas season. You’ll need just a chair, and this workout is pregnancy friendly with options to modify throughout.
Set a 25-minute timer and work through the ladder at your own pace, or follow along with me. Take breaks when needed, choose low-impact options, and listen to your body!

🔥 The Workout: Bodyweight Ladder
Complete as many reps as you can in 25 minutes, working from the top down:
• 100 Bodyweight Squats
• 80 Mountain Climbers
• 60 Bulgarian Lunges (30 each side)
• 50 Pushups
• 40 Deadlifts (20 each side, chair-assisted)
• 30 Shoulder Taps
• 20 Single-Leg Squats
• 15 Tricep Dips
• 10 Burpees

Choose high or low impact depending on how you’re feeling:
• 30 Jump Squats
• 25 Jumping Jacks
• 20 Marches or High Knees
• 15 Jump Ropes
