Whiteness, White Supremacy, and White Men in the Workplace

In this video, I delve into the dynamics between white men and everyone else in workplaces and how it is impacted by whiteness and white supremacy.

I think it importance that we not overlook the central role that white men play in maintaining the system of whiteness and white supremacy at work. To often they are overlooked and other groups like White Women, immigrants and even Black employees are vilified instead.

I am going to touch the third rail and say that we are all constantly pursuing the approval of white men at work and we need to recognize it and stop it.

In this video I explore how concepts of whiteness and white supremacy contribute to tensions and what can be done to address them in several videos and this one builds on what I have already said in the other videos before it.

As a seasoned HR consultant and attorney with over 30 years of experience, I've seen firsthand how these issues manifest and impact professional relationships and workplace culture. My goal is to provide insight and practical advice on navigating these complex dynamics.
