Ok y'all, here it is, the How To Omelet video! So many of y'all have asked for it and today is the day! Now, I'm no professional omelet maker by any means, so leave us your recipes and tips below! 😁👍 This is our take on a western omelet recipe, we add some chopped spinach and cheese, and it is good! You can add any fillings you like, that's the fun part of omelet making! 😂👍 For supper we make some Country Club Sandwiches!
Farmhouse Omelet Recipe:
4 eggs, beaten
2-3 tablespoons milk or cream
1/2 tsp salt
butter for melting in pan
Any fillings you want to add!
We used onion, green bell pepper, ham steak, cheese, and spinach!
Mix the eggs, milk or cream, and salt together in a large bowl. Heat a small skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter in it. Add 3/4 cup of the egg mixture to the pan. When the eggs begin to cook and start to form "bubbles" add the filling. Then just flip the egg with either flip style you want and let it continue cooking for just about 3-45 seconds. Top with more of the filling if desired!
