Wanted to give myself a challenge and see if I could do this. 1st time ever. It's tough and because the plates of the kettlebell is sand based, it fights gravity with a vengeance. Kept it at chest to sternum level as best as possible.
Great short workout to test your conditioning. The holding of the kettlebell is brutal since you're basically in a narrow curling position the entire time. Insane Isometric.
