Six months in the boatyard is a long time, but today, the wait is finally over. We’re splashing the boat in Volos and starting our journey home to Thessaloniki.
This trip is extra special because my mother, my uncle, and my friend Alex have joined the crew. From mind blowing sunsets to the magic of dolphins jumping alongside the hull, these first three days reminded me exactly why I chose to live on a sailboat.
It wasn’t all smooth sailing—between motoring through calms and managing a full boat—but being back at sea feels like coming home. Thanks for being part of this journey with me!
