Double Cone Blender Lab Model is cantilever design blender suitable for small pilot batch mixing operations. This interchangeable type double cone mixer having facility to interchange bowls of different shape & size by just removing two bolts. Interestingly changing from one bowl to another bowl takes just two minutes.

Double Cone Blender Design
This blender is especially made for delicate combinations that need closed operation and where it's important to avoid producing dust. Depending on the mixture, mixing takes anywhere from five to twenty minutes.
The loading and cleaning aperture and the discharge opening, which includes a butterfly valve that may be controlled either automatically or manually as per requirements.

In order to prevent contamination from the outside during the mixing process, the apertures are hermetically sealed. A cone positioned on the pivot axis on either side is part of the blender's internal design. This technology prevents dead space generation and makes gravity discharge easier.

Double Cone Blender Working Principle
Two cone-shaped parts that are joined at their bases to a central cylindrical section make up the blender's main body. The cylindrical segment is traversed by the rotational axis, which is parallel to the cone's axis. One of the two lateral supports holding the blender body is where the drive motor is situated.
