Your pantry is your first line of defense, not only in the event of a natural disaster, but also when you need to reduce your overall grocery bills and still keep your family fed. There are many practical, inexpensive, frugal ways to stock your pantry on a budget.

This is the first in a new series, focusing on why your pantry deserves a little love.

In this video, we talk about why having a well-stocked pantry is important. I'll cover easy, simple ways to fill your pantry with frugal, affordable food that will allow you to save more money and feed your family for less.

I even give you ideas for what to do if you have no extra money at all. A limited budget is no problem. You can begin stocking your pantry for as little as $5 a month. I show you how exactly how to do it, giving real examples from my own stockpile of food.
