Basics:
Dip one side of the body’s arm and leg to a 45 degree angle away from the body. The opposite arm and leg should be extended out for stability. Turn head to see where the walls are and perform the opposite inputs with arms and legs to counter the opposite direction.
Common mistakes:
Confusion with the arms and legs, not turning your head to see the walls, not a crunch with the body-straight body, not bringing legs to the side causing a turn.
Keys to success:
Coordinating arms and legs in proper succession. Slowing down in order to understand how arm and leg inputs affect the wind.
