At Taunton, the impressive 34046 Braunton took command, steaming through Tiverton Parkway, Dawlish Warren (11:52), Dawlish (12:10), Newton Abbot, Paignton, and finally to Kingswear.

After its coastal sojourn, 34046 Braunton embarked on the return journey, providing another spectacular display through Paignton, Dawlish (17:52), Exeter St Davids, and Tiverton Parkway before reaching Taunton.
