"We Are the World" is a song and charity single originally recorded by the supergroup United Support of Artists (USA) for Africa in 1985.
It was later remixed in 2010 for Haiti's Earthquake and it was the Song's 25th anniversary as well.
Fact: The USA For Africa project began as an idea calypso singer Harry Belafonte had.
