In the search for a perfect blend to make the perfect burgers.I tried 3 different cuts of meat: chuck, sirloin and skirt steak. With only meat ,cheese and bun on the burger, the meat tasted good and beefy.i still think that chuck, brisket and short ribs are the best cuts to make a burger.It was a fun experience and I was left with 20lb of fresh ground meat...hope you enjoy🙏🏽🙏🏽
