Heaton Parkrun

I ran Heaton Parkrun in 20:59 and finished 42nd. I did my best.

It was great to catch up with the volunteers and fellow runners. I helped... (kind of) by putting up the first timers briefing card,I think they needed someone tall to volunteer... and I love the attention.What can I say I'm a natural at making a nuisance of myself!!!

As long as I do not go overboard by irritating or upsetting anyone nearby I think I am fine.

I feel ready for tomorrow's run. I better pack sun cream. Good luck to everyone who is running either the 10k or the Half Marathon tomorrow. (or if you are running a different run)
