Hello hello! Today I am showing you several quick stretches you can do after you jump rope. These are also great for figure skaters as they help me out a lot after my skating practices. The video includes downward dog for calf stretches, ankle rotations, top of the foot stretches and arch stretches. If you are just starting out with a jump rope, you will feel soreness in your legs for the first week and stretching will definitely relieve the tension. I have also included hamstring and hip stretches in this video as well.
