Drinking Celery Juice for 7/10/30 Days? Doctor highlights 4 Questions You should ask before doing so

Spoiler Alert - this might be a 'controversial' video for some, a video that raises questions without providing answers, and that might get many people riled up and unhappy. I know, because ever since I first shared this on my Youtube channel in March 2021, I have gotten many unhappy, angry and even hateful comments. But I am still taking the chance to continue to share this video here because I feel very strongly that people should ask themselves these 4 questions and make their own informed decisions before going on a Daily Celery Juice regimen, especially if it is taken daily in large amounts over a long period of time.

I apologise in advance to those of you who might be upset because you who were only interested in a YES or NO answer from me with regards to whether Drinking Celery Juice Daily is good / healthy / safe or not. Instead, you got a video challenging you to ask questions, think critically and decide for yourself. It is like you came looking for fish but got a lesson on how to fish instead. So please accept my apologies if you are upset as a result.

I made this video with a very simple goal of wanting to bring new perspectives to this practice of drinking a large mount of celery juice daily that has been trending the past few years. And to provide, to people who are open and receptive, with food for thought to help them make their own informed decisions

Drinking Celery Juice Daily became popular in recent years, leading to many social media influencers trying that and sharing their experiences drinking Celery Juice Daily, many for 7 days and some even did so for many weeks/months or more, many such videos gained millions of views, which in turn led to many more people to try the Daily Celery Juice regimen, many for the purpose of weight loss or other short term physical goals.

If you are one of those who are considering doing the same, i.e. drink Celery Juice Daily at a stretch for days/weeks/months or more. Can I suggest you ask yourself these 4 questions before doing so, so that you would make a more informed decision.
