Ingredients
Wings marinade
10 pc whole chicken wings
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp sugar
Filling is for 20 Wings
1/2cup black fungus
1 package glass noodles
3 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb chopped shrimp
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 chopped shallots
1/2 tbsp sugar
For Frying
cooking oil for frying
2 whole eggs
fry mixture of choice
Sweet chili dipping sauce
