These baked lentil cubes are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and rich in plant protein. Made with simple ingredients such as green lentils, potatoes, spinach, and leeks, this recipe is healthy, filling, and easy to prepare. It's perfect as a high-protein snack, light lunch, or healthy alternative to fried foods.

📌 Ingredients:
150g Green lentils
Leek
Olive oil
1 Clove of garlic
2 Medium potatoes
40g Spinach
2 tbsp Chickpea flour
2 tbsp Ground flax seeds
1 tsp Marjoram
1 tsp Cumin
Salt to taste
📌 Sauce:
2 tbsp Natural yogurt (Replace with plant-based yogurt if you are vegan)
2 tbsp Tahini
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Agave syrup
½ tsp Chili flakes
Salt to taste
