BLUEBERRY BOURBON BBQ SAUCE INGREDIENTS
6 cups blue berries
2 onions diced
1 cup bourbon
2 t paprika or 1 ancho chili (ground)
2 t minced ginger
4 T minced garlic
½ t onion powder
½ t liquid smoke
1 cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup white vinegar
¼ t allspice
2 T molasses
2 t salt
2 cups sugar
