前幾天做了純素鰻魚,
馬上做壽司順便消耗一下雪櫃的蔬菜!
不是專業的壽司師傅,
只為分享純素不單調的理念:)!
下一集做日式炸雞!
食譜:
壽司飯:
米300克
水 300克
壽司醋 50ml
麻油漬杏鮑菇壽司
King Oyster Mushroom Sushi
麻油漬杏鮑菇壽司、粟米芯(珍珠筍)壽司
杏鮑菇1 根
粟米芯(珍珠筍) 4根
鹽
麻油2茶匙 (約10克)
味醂 4茶匙 (約20克)
紫蘇葉 2塊
南瓜栗子壽司:
南瓜 4份1個
栗子 8粒
糖1茶匙 (約5克)
鹽1茶匙 (約5克)
味醂 2茶匙 (約10克)
牛油果壽司:
牛油果 1個
醬漬蕃茄粒壽司:
醬漬蕃茄 半份
麻油2茶匙 (約10克)
芝麻
枝豆 適量
照燒鰻魚壽司
醬漬蕃茄壽司
醋漬青瓜壽司
以上三款壽司材料可參考上一集[ 純素 ]自製鰻魚飯,醋漬青瓜,醬漬蕃茄,椰菜豆腐味增湯

生薑蓉
紫穌梅子醬
Recipe:
Sushi rice:
300g Rice
300g Water
50ml Sushi vinegar
King Oyster Mushroom Sushi , Pearl Bamboo Shoots Sushi:
1 piece of King Oyster Mushroom
4 Pearl Bamboo Shoots(pearl shoots)
Salt
2 teaspoons Sesame Oil (about 10g)
4 teaspoons Mirin (about 20g)
2 pieces Perilla Leave
Pumpkin Chestnut Sushi:
A quarter Pumpkin
8 Chestnuts
1 teaspoon Sugar (about 5g)
1 teaspoon Salt (about 5g)
2 teaspoons Mirin (about 10g)
Avocado Sushi:
1 Avocado
Pickled Tomatoes Sushi:
Half Pickled tomatoes
2 teaspoons Sesame Oil (about 10g)
Sesame
Edamame
Vegan Eel Sushi:
Pickled Tomato Sushi
Vinegar Pickled Cucumber Sushi
