This weeks video looks a specific attack from the back .. Pena Choke .. I like this choke because it is different from the normal choke set ups. If your rolling with someone that knows how to defend the normal cross collar choke and bow n arrow choke it can be hard to set up. With the pena choke it is the underhook arm that is the dominant choking arm so can sometimes throw people off.
