1 cup Soya Chunks
1/4 cup Besan (Chickpea Flour)
1 tbsp Flaxseed Powder

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
Salt, Pepper, and Spices to taste
Water to mix
*Instructions:*
1. Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes and drain.
2. Blend soaked soya chunks into a fine paste.
3. Mix in besan, flaxseed powder, chopped veggies, and spices.
4. Heat a pan and make chillas like pancakes.
5. Cook until golden and crispy on both sides.
