I love training glutes with heavy weights, but sometimes I don't have the time to go the gym and neeeeed to give my body a break when it comes to that pressure on my joints
This is a quick routine I like to do at home that really hits my GLUTES AND THIGHS and it's LOW IMPACT!

THE GLUTES ROUTINE
1. Side Kicks (20 reps ea. side)
2. Kickbacks (15 reps ea. leg)
3. Side Lying Leg Lifts (15 ea. leg)
4. Straight Leg Glute Kick Backs (10 reps ea. leg)
5. Reverse Lunge (5 reps ea. leg)
6. Squats (10 reps)
7. Glute Bridge Pulses (15 reps)
8. Single Leg Glute Bridge (10 ea. leg)
DON'T FORGET TO REPEAT for 3-4 rounds!
