Chest days overall hinder your progress because of lack of knowledge while counting calories on cheat day.
People usually eat way too much food on cheat days and wonder why aren't they losing fat.
Instead of cheat days you should go for refeed days or maybe even keep a cheat day but every 15-20 days.
But my best advice would be don't cheat until you stop seeing results
Don't cheat! Diet well.
