Cambodian Sticky Rice Cake Stuffed with mung bean and pork.
របៀបធ្វេីនំអន្សមជ្រូក
Ingredients:
8 cups sticky rice wash and soak overnight.
2 bags split mung bean wash and soak overnight.
1 fresh grated coconut.
1/2 tbsp salt.
Marinate Ingredients:
5 cloves garlic.
1 tbsp black peppercorns.
1 tsp salt.
1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder.
1 tsp MSG ( optional).
1 piece palm sugar or one tbsp regular sugar.
17 strips of 3 layers of pork belly
Marinade overnight in refrigerator.
One bag of salted egg yolks.
*banana leaves for wrapping
*Cotton twine
Wrap accordingly use your best technique.
👉Stovetop:
Boil for four hours for best result.
