In this healthy lifestyle vlog, I take you through a week of high protein meals showing you how I create easy recipes that taste amazing and are perfect for losing weight.
This is my what I eat in week high protein edition hitting more than 100g of protein per day. My meal plan for weight loss focuses on including lots of healthy fresh foods like fruits and veggies and of course lots of high protein options making low calorie meals that keep me satisfied. I also love to meal plan for weight loss so I often make bigger batches of these recipes that I then have the following days making my weight loss journey so much easier with a busy lifestyle.
For the next few weeks I'll be embarking in the ultimate glow up/weight loss challenge to finally lose the last bit of weight. My goal is to create healthier habits by eating better and moving more but also allowing time for rest and the things that bring me joy.
So far I've lost 16.5kg (or 36lbs) so subscribe to follow along on my weight loss journey after having my second baby 🥰

RECIPES
My usual stir-fry recipe:
1 onion
600 g mushrooms
125 g baby corn
180g baby broccoli
Sesame oil (1 tbsp)
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp Chinese five spice
Squeeze of honey
1 lime juiced
Squeeze of sriracha
1 heaped tbsp peanut butter (optional)
Water to thin out the sauce
Balsamic & marjoram chicken:
3 chicken breasts (about 650g)
2.5 tsp marjoram
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt pepper
Olive oil
