Godot RTS - Hexagonal grid building system

So 2 weeks ago I started working on yet another game in Godot I will probably never finish... The building system is heavily inspired on the game Surviving Mars, which I love. Buildings are not really functional yet and are just placeholders, but a navmesh is already in place which updates in real time when building to allow for unit navigation.
