„AERIAL FLOW & EXPRESSION“ is for you, if you’d like to turn standard inverted tricks into a dance piece. Think about my flow tips and tutorials for arms, head and transitions, but in the air. Finally, you will be able to sync these two routines to any song and give them your own style.
(Ideally, you’re already familiar with spinny inverts, leg hangs, Jade and Ballerina, so that you can focus on expression early on and get the most out of this class. You also need stamina, as we’re going to repeat the routines multiple times.)
