I recently saw an interview at Equinox of which 75% of the candidates were not dressed appropriately. Their posture sucked. Their body language was terrible. If you want to become a successful personal trainer and work at a corproate gym like Equinox or Crunch, here's how you'll get hired. You need to prepare your resume (check out our website to get a copy of a resume). You need to SHOW UP 45-minutes early and never use traffic as an excuse. Questions that you will be asked are what are your strengths, weaknesses, who do you follow on instagram, talk to me about a difficult client, and tell us more about why you want to Equinox.
