"You Say Run" Goes With Anything - The 2011 Daytona 500

I know that this seems like an odd video to do it, but the simple making of this particular video just brought me to tears for a few reasons. No, it doesn't have something fatal, no it doesn't have anything emotional. It's what each of these people meant to me. I looked up to Trevor as a hero of sorts even before this day in 2011, and with how nice he was to the fans and all of his supporters, it was just so validating for me to know he's genuine, even when it's just a simple action like turning around and backtracking away from the driver's meeting to sign one single fan's hat. I know he isn't this to everyone, but whether I know Trevor personally or not, he's definitely a hero of mine. As for Glenn, Glenn is someone who I could rely on always getting a small conversation in with at the track whenever I went, or at the very least an autograph. It just doesn't feel the same without him there. I know Glenn doesn't appear on-screen much at all, but I needed to put that somewhere. Trevor and Glenn are two people, that I will dearly miss when I do go to races of any capacity for NASCAR.

I know this is over a year late, but I still haven't gotten over it.

RIP Glenn Wood 1925 - 2019.

And as for Trevor, I hope you return to the track someday, and win against MS.
