This Unrealistic Transition Changed the Whole Plan | Cities Skylines 2 | Dewy del Mar #44

Welcome to Dewy del Mar, our realistic city in Cities Skylines 2!

I ended last episode saying we'd finish the new suburbs, but I'm making a hard left and upzoning Vista Serena, Pacific Heights, and Jardin Enchante to make a more realistic transition between the high density core and the new suburbs.

It's too sharp a drop in density to go unnoticed, so I'd like to extend medium density rowhouses further into the hills. We'll redo a bunch of road networks, extend grids on hilly terrain, and end with a bit of detailing!
