It WORKED!!!!

Gouda Baked Pasta

2 cups of gouda
2 ½ cups of Cherry tomatoes
8 oz asparagus, ends trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces
¾ cup of mushrooms
16 ounces of pasta
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup Olive oil
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
1 cup Basil, Fresh
2 tsp Oregano, Dried
5 Garlic cloves
1/3 tsp Chili flakes (optional)
1/4 tsp Black pepper

Step 1: Preheat an oven to 400F. Add the cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, and garlic to an oven-friendly baking dish.
Step 2: Toss the cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, and asparagus with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
Step 3: Shred the Gouda cheese and sprinkle the cheese all over the dish. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the dish and sprinkle it with chili flakes and oregano. Stir that altogether.
Step 4: Bake in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until the tomatoes are cooked through and the block of Gouda cheese is softened.
Step 5: Cook the pasta with a tablespoon of salt. Wash it with cold water to prevent it from overcooking and set it aside.
Step 6: Remove the baking dish from the oven and give it another stir until a creamy sauce forms.
Step 7: Add the fresh basil and the cooked pasta, and mix well. Serve and enjoy!
