Some people claim that "bulking" to maximize muscle growth and "cutting" to strip fat is a very inefficient way to build a physique.
Are they right?
What's the best way to go about building muscle without getting fat, so you don't lose it all when you diet to get lean?

UPDATE: Since shooting this video, I've worked my daily calorie intake up to about 3,000 per day while still maintaining 7-8% body fat. This, however, is my current "maintenance ceiling" (if I go higher, I start gaining fat--I tried, haha).
