1 onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 bag, kale-cleaned
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon, lemon pepper seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste (1 1/2 teaspoon salt)
4-5 tablespoons, smart balance butter
2 tablespoons, olive oil
