Laura’s Fabulous “Flour” Baking Mix may be used in recipes that call for Trim Healthy Mama Baking Blend:

3 tablespoons ground golden flax seed (https://amzn.to/2Z25kID) or whole seed (https://amzn.to/420eUte) to grind so that you have 3 tablespoons of ground seed

Mix all of above together to blend evenly. This may be used as a stand-in for any recipe that calls for Trim Healthy Mama Baking Blend. However, this is NOT a 1-to-1 substitute for white flour.
