Sleep Meditation & Lucid Dreaming: Swimming Through An Otherworldly Void

Hello dear community! This sleep meditation is divided into two phases, the first phase is the sleep talk down and the second phase is focused on lucid dreaming incubation.

►ABOUT THIS MEDITATION
Join Reece Jones as he leads you through a sleep talk-down and lucid dream incubation. Over the span of 30 minutes, he’ll guide you through the process of relaxing your mind, preparing yourself for sleep, and then, once your mindspace has been softened, sowing the seeds for a lucid dream later on in the night.

The first phase of the video is dedicated to the sleep talk-down and the second phase of the video is dedicated to the lucid dream incubation. Today’s sleep talk-down theme is cognitive shuffling and today’s lucid dream incubation theme is swimming through an otherworldly void.

You’re encouraged to fall asleep during any part of this video, so when you begin to feel tired, just follow the feeling. If it happens during the sleep talk-down, that’s fine. If it doesn’t happen until the lucid dream incubation, that’s also fine. First and foremost, prioritize falling to sleep. Follow Reece’s words until you begin to feel drowsy, at which point, let go, and allow yourself to gently drift away.

And finally, know that even if you fall asleep before the lucid dream incubation, your subconscious will still soak in the words and store them for later on in the night. So, either way, lucidity awaits!
