Beach Volleyball Passing - The Truth About The Platform?!

We use the platform in beach volleyball passing, serve receive, bump setting and defense basically all the time. Optimizing something that we use almost all the time can have huge returns, and in this video we take a deep look at what most coaches teach, why it might not be optimal for everyone, alternative solutions and also pros that use alternative solutions!

In general, this anatomy issue seems to be less of a problem for women than men (at least in my experience), but from time to time it might be a good idea also for women.
