🍀cooking oil - 4tsp
🍀water as per required for kneeting soft dough
🍀rest for 20 minutes

🌸FOR READY MASALA🌸

🍀Fennel seeds (sauf) - 2tsp
🍀Grated coconut 🥥 - 3tsp
🍀White sesame seeds (til) - 2tsp
🍀Cumin seeds (jeera ) - 2tsp
🍀Roast all the spices
🍀Coriander powder - 2tsp
🍀Red chilli powder - 1tsp
🍀Turmeric powder - 1tbsp
🍀Asafoetida (hing) - 2pinch
🍀Salt 🧂 - 1tsp
🍀Sugar - 2tsp
🍀Grind it well

🌸FOR TAMARIND CHUTNEY🌸

🍀Tamarind (imlie) - 1cup
🍀Jaggery(gud) - 1cup
🍀water - 1cup
🍀Boil it until turn this into thick
🍀Strain it after boiling
🍀Red chilli powder - 1/2tbsp
🍀Black pepper + black salt - 1tsp
🍀mix it well
🍀sweet and sour tamarind chutney will be ready 😋 😜
