Begin Again is a 7-day chair yoga series for beginners, over-40s, and anyone who wants to move gently and safely.
Welcome to Day 1. In this gentle seated warm-up, we’ll slowly ease the body into movement to improve circulation, reduce stiffness, and help you feel more comfortable in your body. This practice is ideal if you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or living with arthritis or joint sensitivity.
All movements are done seated and can be adapted to suit your body. Rest whenever you need.

Side Body Stretches
